The 70 hp four stroke outboard provides just enough power to very slowly tow a small adult or child single tube rider or very very slowly tow a double tube with smaller folks . #78 is not a thrill ride when it comes to towing. It's more like a lazy river tug tow boat... very slowly
Triple pontoon TRI-TOON and LIFTING STRAKES provide much enhanced turning and stability & are great for aiding the driver in turning and picking up fallen tube riding passengers... .
